DESCRIZIONE: Dal nord della California, questo ceppo risulta piu’ fruttato rispetto al Ceppo American Ale e leggermente piu’ flocculante. L’attenuazione e’ inferiore, il che si traduce in birre piu’ corpose rispetto a quelle prodotte con il Ceppo American Ale.
